The El Jordan blend is produced by 100 small coffee farmers in the small village of Gaitania, in the shadow of the impressive Nevado del Huila volcano. This area has rich volcanic soils and steep mountain formations due to the influence of the active volcano, creating a variety of micro-climates. The commitment of the farmers, combined with the warm climate and fertile soils, provide a unique cup profile. These farmers work with pride and care, even in the face of security difficulties caused by guerrillas in the region for over 40 years.
